District 709 Book Study Starting...Open to Parents!

Care-U is a platform of resources and reflection prompts for anyone doing the most rewarding, exhausting, joy-filled, and hard work of raising and caring for children. It is our intention to provide content that is accessible to caregivers of all ages in a non-shaming and non-blaming manner.     The Care-U podcast is an integral part of this mission. We are excited to expand our reach and offer a Care-U: 709 Community Book Study.  We will use the contents of the book, The Gifts of Imperfection , written by Dr. Brene Brown, to cultivate an engaging and reflective discussion. It will be the tool we use to drive our discussions. In this book, the author shares 10 guideposts and explores ways to reflect upon our definitions of the “imperfect” life. Come learn how to embrace living authentically.   We want to walk alongside the caregivers in our Morton CUSD 709 community.    Sign up HERE by January 25th!
