End 1Q and Help-a-Thon Email, Oct. 11

 

Parents and Guardians,

Today was another “great day to be a Junior Potter!”  The Help-a-Thon was a great success!  From what I saw and heard from others, our students worked their tails off!  Here is a folder of pictures from today.  Additional pictures will be added.  

I wanted to remind everyone that we do in fact have school on Monday, Columbus Day.  There have been years in the past when we had this day off from school, but not this year!  Our next days off will be for parent/teacher conferences on October 24 & 25.  Also, we do not have school on Election Day, November 5, either.

Today was the end of the 1st Quarter, and report cards will be emailed home next Friday afternoon.

You can still sign up for conferences.  Please use this link to sign up for an in-person conference and this link to request an email update. Also, be sure to select your student’s team when scheduling your conference.  The Teams are listed across the top of the webpage with the White Team page being the default page. If you would like to schedule a conference with a PE or music teacher, please email his or her directly.

Grandparents Day Reservation

  Reservation Link Info Flyer  Email: Parents and Guardians,  One of our favorite days of the year is Grandparents Day. This year is is on Friday, April 26, and it is always a great experience for both our students and their grandparents. 8th Graders have the opportunity enjoy breakfast in the Kiln and then take their grandparent(s) to two morning classes.  7th Graders have lunch and then accompany their grandparent(s) to two afternoon classes.  Grandparent meals are complimentary and the student meal is $4.00.  Below is the sign-up link.     Sign-Up Form Have nice rest of your week and a restful Spring Break!
